E-Statements

An e-Statement is an electronic statement that a member can access via the Internet.  A member doesn't get a statement in the mail but can view a printable, downloadable image of the statement online through Account@ccess.  E-Statements are easy to use and provide instant access to periodic statements.

Do I need to be enrolled in Account@ccess to receive E-Statements?

Yes. To ensure the security of membership information, Account@ccess requires an account number and password to access E-Statements.

Is there a cost for E-Statements?
No, E-Statements are provided at no charge to you.

How do I sign up for E-Statements?
You can sign-up for E-Statements through the ' Self Services' tab in Account@ccess.

How do I log on? 
You log into your Account@ccess account as normal.  E-Statements are available as a PDF image under the 'Self Service' tab.  Go to "Additional Services" and select E-Statements

Is there a password to open my e-Statement?
No, there is not a separate password to open E-Statements.

Is my information secure? 
Yes.  All Account@ccess account information, including E-Statements, is located on secure servers, protected by multiple layers of security and firewalls.

Will I be able to print or download my statement?
Yes.  You can print E-Statements by selecting ‘Print’ from the Acrobat Reader® PDF Viewer.  You can also download your statement by selecting ‘Import’ from Acrobat PDF Viewer.

Will I continue to receive paper statements in the mail?
No. You will no longer receive a statement in the mail. 

Will I receive notification when my e-Statement is available?
Yes.  You will receive an e-notification at the email address you provide when you sign up for E-Statements.  The e-notice informs you that your statement is available for viewing via Account@ccess.

Can I have the e-notification mailed to more than one e-mail address?
No.  e-Notifications are sent to only one email address. 

When will the E-Statements be available to view?
Your e-Statement will be available though Account@ccess on the same day the file is processed, usually by the second or third business day of the statement period.

Will my e-Statement be available even if I fail to receive an e-notification?
Yes.

Can I review E-Statements from previous statement periods?
All E-Statements are stored and available on Account@ccess for a period of 16 months.

How will I receive statement inserts?
If there is an insert, an insert icon will appear next to the e-Statement.

How do I change my status so statements will be mailed to me?
You can change via Account@ccess. Go to the "Self Services" tab in Account@ccess. Then select "Additional Services, and open                  E-Statements, at the bottom of the page select "unenroll from E-Statements".  There is a charge to revert back to paper statements.  See the Rate and Fee Schedule for more information.

What are the recommended system requirements for E-Statements?
Acrobat Reader® 5.0 or higher.
