Online Bill Pay
Online Bill Pay is the Columbus United FCU's electronic bill payment solution. Together, Online Bill Pay and Home Financial Services enable you to pay all your bills electronically and forget about old-fashioned check-writing.  Our "pay anybody"  bill pay product is user-friendly and fast.  You get unlimited transactions, toll-free customer service phone representatives as well as a "Live Chat" feature that allows you to electronically interact with customer service representatives.  The best part it's all FREE with your credit union checking account.

e-Statements
e-Statements are electronic statements that a member can access via the Internet.  The statement looks exactly like your regular statement and has all the information found on your current statement, but is delivered to you electronically instead of the mail. You can view a printable, downloadable image of the statement online through Home Financial Services (HFS).  e-Statements are easy to use and provide instant access to periodic statements.  This convenient service is provided to our membership at no additional cost.

As a valued member and as a benefit of your credit union, you now have free access to Accel, a comprehensive financial counseling and education program.

Payroll deduction is a safe, convenient service that allows members to direct a portion of their payroll check to Columbus United FCU savings and loan accounts. It's a great way to make saving easier and loan payments hassle free.

Direct Deposit
With Direct Deposit, you are able to have your entire paycheck electronically deposited into your account. Direct Deposit eliminates standing in line, lost or stolen checks, and mail delays. Direct Deposit is a convenient, fast way to deposit payroll, Social Security, government and retirement checks into your credit union account.

Touch Tone Teller
Your credit union accounts are as close as your touch tone telephone. Touch Tone Teller gives you access to account information 24-hours a day, seven days a week to check balances, transfer funds and make loan payments. This free service is provided by the credit union, but enrollment is necessary.
